Website terms for contributors of articles
1. In these terms, “you” and related words means the person wishing to upload material of any description to be displayed on this website (“Content”). “We/us” means Garnet Room which is a trading name of Optimum Executive Coaching Ltd.
2. You agree that we may remove from the site any Content which we feel may be offensive, which may contravene any relevant law applying in any jurisdiction in which the website may be viewed or which may contain material which is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by some third party.
3. You agree that you will ensure that any Content you may upload will be of such a character as not to be likely to require us to enforce our rights under term 2.
4 You agree that in the event of our enforcing our rights under term 2 you shall have no right to any compensation.
5. You agree to comply with our “instructions for uploading” when submitting Content. You agree that if Content appears in our reasonable view not to comply with such instructions, we may refuse to accept it or may remove from the website, as appropriate.
6. You agree that in the event of our being the subject to any claim arising from any actual or alleged breach by you of these terms, we have the right to recover from you all costs incurred by us in dealing with any such claim, including administrative costs, legal costs and any other costs reasonably incurred, on a full indemnity basis.
7. You agree that you shall have no right to make any claim against us arising from our hosting of any Content.
8. We agree to pay you download fees in respect of material uploaded by you and accessed by third parties at the rates set out on our website.
9. You and we agree that the relationship between you and us is subject to the law of England and Wales and that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in respect of the relationship.
Website terms for readers of articles
1. Use by you of this website and of any material contained on it is subject to you agreeing and observing all the following terms.
2. You agree to pay £2 plus VAT for any pay-to-download material you use.
3. You agree that all material appearing on this website is the legal property of the entity shown as the owner of that material on its relevant page. You agree that you will not use any such material in any manner which may tend to infringe the legal rights of such owner. You further agree not to use any material in a manner which might infringe any law. You agree that in the event of any owner of material making any claim against this website or its proprietor in respect of any misuse by you of any material you have accessed through this website, you will indemnify the owner and this website in full for any loss suffered as a result of your infringement. You agree that your indemnity will extend to;

- any loss of reputation by the claiming party
- all legal or other costs incurred by the claiming party as a result of your misuse.
5. You agree that you will only use material accessed from this site for your own private purposes or for the purposes of using the information contained in them to assist in operating a business owned by you. You agree that no material will be used as part of any fee-earning activity or for any other purely commercial purpose unless fully crediting the author.

You agree that all material published on this website is published in good faith but that no obligation is accepted by the website, its proprietor or any contributor of material for any reliance you may place on the material or for any loss you may suffer as result of making use of such material.
7. You agree that specific material appearing on this site may be subject to more restrictive terms of use, which will be set out on the page containing the relevant material. You agree to observe all such restrictions.
